The Call to Be an Apostle
Born and raised in Mississippi, James Macon grew up surrounded by deep-rooted faith, strong community, and a love for people that would shape everything he became. From his earliest years, he carried a hunger for something greater, a sense that God had placed a calling on his life that no circumstance could extinguish. That calling was confirmed on November 11, 2011, when James was ordained as a minister — a date he marks not as an achievement, but as a surrender. A moment when he said yes to a purpose far bigger than himself.
From that ordination forward, Pastor James has devoted his life to the forgotten, the overlooked, and the ones the system has left behind. He founded Freedom Transformation not as a program, but as a movement — built on the conviction that every human being carries God-given dignity and deserves a real shot at transformation. Whether walking alongside someone in addiction recovery, advocating for youth in foster care, or equipping families with the tools to rebuild, his ministry is personal, relentless, and rooted in love.

Born and raised in Florida, Jason brings a strong business mind and a deep faith heritage to Freedom Transformation. With a background in sales engineering and ownership of his own HVAC company in Florida, he understands both financial integrity and the value of hard work. Jason also carries a remarkable legacy of faith — he is related to the Reverend Billy Graham on his mother's side — a heritage that fuels his commitment to faithful stewardship and kingdom impact in everything he does.
Ruth Paulino
Secretary
Born and raised in Brazil, Ruth brings a global heart to everything she does. Fluent in Portuguese — reading, writing, and speaking — she keeps the ministry organized and running smoothly, serving behind the scenes with a servant's heart and a commitment to excellence in all things.
